RETURN, EXCHANGE AND CANCELLATION

EXCHANGE Ready-to-go accessories can be exchanged only if the following conditions are met: they must be in PERFECT CONDITION, meaning unworn, unused, unchewed, unscratched, and clean. Return shipping costs for exchanged accessories are the customer's responsibility, while shipping costs for the new accessory are covered by us. It is also possible to exchange items for free directly at our home in Thetford Mines. To minimize the need for exchanges, we recommend contacting us for advice before placing an order. All designs for custom orders are emailed to you for your approval. If we do not have a response within 48 hours, we will still carry out the order so as not to slow down our other orders.
We complete all our orders within 1 to 4 business days.
